Your mission

Software distribution (Baramundi)
1^st Level User support for hardware and software problems via telephone, e-mail, remotely or on site
Network administration (Firewall, Routing, VPN)
Creation and maintenance of system documentation
Collaboration on IT projects and development of solution concepts
Acquiring and setting up new hardware
Managing various subscriptions and licenses
User & System Support for EOS – Trading and Risk Management System
Setting up and administrating new IT systems
Scripting and automating workflows via Power Automate or VBA scripts
Managing contracts with service providers (printers, internet, mobile phones)

Your profile

Completed training in the IT environment or comparable training (career changers are also welcome)
Sound practical knowledge of the Microsoft environment
Experience in the Energy sector would be beneficial
Strong teamwork skills and high service orientation
Solution-oriented, independent way of working
High degree of initiative
