IT-Softwareadministrator

• Maintaining and further developing our trading system as part of a team
• Providing user support primarily for the trading system, as well as for general hardware and software issues, via phone, email, remote access, or on-site
• Ensuring data security and system availability, troubleshooting issues, and creating and maintaining system documentation
• Collaborating on IT projects and developing solution concepts

• Completed training in the IT field or comparable training, with professional experience in the IT sector. We welcome candidates from other fields!
• Experience in the administration of merchandise management systems
• Practical knowledge of the Microsoft environment and databases (Oracle, including SQL)
• Ability to work in a team, goal-oriented, independent work style, and a high degree of initiative, as well as quick comprehension
• Ideally, experience in the energy sector
• As well good English skills
